Awarded to learners who have successfully completed the ReLEAD modules “Civic skills” and “Communication in challenging times”. The learner demonstrates understanding of civic engagement, responsible leadership, inclusive organisational culture, and effective communication in complex and challenging environments, including conflict awareness, active listening, and leading through uncertainty and change. They are able to apply these competencies to foster dialogue, trust, collaboration, and responsible leadership in workplace, organisational, and societal contexts.
