ReLEAD – Where work meets civic engagement

Welcome to the ReLEAD learning journey.

The ReLEAD training programme is an opportunity to grow as a leader who is not only effective in the workplace, but also mindful of their role in shaping a better, more resilient society. Bringing together businesses and professionals from across Europe, this experience is designed to help employees build skills that truly matter, both for their organisation and the world around them.

Everyone will begin with a core module on Civic skills – building aware and engaged leaders*. From there, they can shape their own path by choosing one of three inspiring tracks:

• Resilience and wellbeing – creating smarter, healthier, confident leaders.
• Communication in challenging times – helping people lead through complexity.
• Environmental sustainability and social impact – leading responsibly.

How to join ReLEAD

ReLEAD is delivered in structured learning cohorts throughout the year, bringing together professionals from across Europe for a shared leadership journey.

A new cohort is currently being planned for late summer/autumn 2026. Further details will be published on our website: https://thecivics.eu/projects/relead/

Participation in ReLEAD is organised through companies and partner organisations, rather than through individual enrolment.
